To the extent of my understanding, a gray-out is caused by oxygen deprivation to the brain. When a person blacks out, he or she loses consciousness completely. A person can gray out without blacking out if their brain is lacking oxygen for a period not quite long enough to cause unconsciousness, such as in a high-G roll or loop in a plane when the gravitational force sucks the blood from the brain.
The parkour roll is difficult to master, but with proper practice and enough experience it will become almost wired to your brain. I wouldn't recommend jumping off buildings until it becomes second nature. Be careful and enjoy. Keep in mind that you can either tuck your arm underneath and across your body as you tuck into the roll, or use it to cushion your fall.
Barrel Roll, Spring Roll, Bed Roll, Bread Roll, Honor Roll, Egg Roll, I'm on a roll
Brain control the muscles through nerves. Your muscles are like rubber bands only more stronger. muscles only pull and not push they pull from counter directions in a front to back way. your brain tells on of the muscles to pull and the other to not.
Roll the what?
