There is a device called the dialysis. This device flushes the waste from the body (In this case, poo). Dialysis are still used today for patients that are not physically able to go to the bathroom and do their 'business'.

Your question is a bit unrealistic. All babies should be born without a rectum. But if they do not have one (IF), then dialysis may be used.
