The Pyloric Sphincter.
I believe that it is called the Pyloric Sphincter.
The cardiac sphincter is located at the top of the stomach and controls the direction of food passing through the esophagus so that no food will re enter the esophagus. The Pyloric sphincter stops bile and digested food from entering the stomach, this valve is located at the bottom of the stomach.
At the bottom of the stomach. When the pylorus opens, it lets partially digested foor or water into the duodenum (top part of small intestine.)

Pyloric valve
It is called the pyloric valve.
Alcohol consumption can relax the pyloric valve, which is a muscle at the bottom of the stomach that controls the flow of food into the small intestine. This can lead to faster emptying of the stomach contents into the small intestine, potentially causing issues with digestion and absorption of nutrients.
The Sphinctea
The valve that controls the movement of food between the stomach and small intestine is called the pyloric sphincter. It regulates the passage of partially digested food from the stomach into the small intestine for further digestion and absorption.
