I have some of the same problems myself, and OS does my best fried - If you use a very thick gloopy deoderant, it can ust make the marks worse, so try using a thin absorbant one so it can absorb into your sweat glands, rather than just sit on the skin.
I would suggest maybe something like a DOVE (c) spray on or roll on?
they are very good, but I am afraid it is mostly trial and error!
Any kind of womens deodorant will work. It is less harsh. I didn't believe it when I first heard it but it really works.

Try a natural deodorant to avoid chemicals that may further irritate eczema.
No child needs that specific kind of deodorant.
This is just protein. I think it works kind of the same way as our body excretes sweat and salts. It's harmless.
The best deodeorant for a girl is one of the "Degree Women" kind. The girls on my basketball team prefer to use "Old Spice" because it works the best. ("Old Spice" is for men.)

HAHAHAHAHA! Yes, most people in Britain wear some kind of deodorant. However, not many, but some do not, it's horrible being on the underground next to someone that stinks like poo.
