Okay, so most drinks that someone would consume during the day tend to be gluten free. For example:
Water
Milk
Soft drinks (cola, lemonade, creaming soda)
Wine
Lemon, lime & bitters
Most spirits
Juice
I think the better advice is what to watch out for. With me, I avoid anything chocolate, malt or caramel flavoured, all beers and anything containing ice cream or syrups.
When you can't check the label yourself, it is best to just avoid. Where you can, be checking for 'malt' 'dextrose' 'wheat' 'barley' etc.
I will generally avoid the following:
Nesquick, milo or any sort of mix in milk flavouring
Drinking chocolate & mochas
Flavour shots in coffee (sometimes hazelnut is OK)
Milkshakes (strawberry is usually the only safe flavour) & flavoured milk
Thickshakes (soft serve almost always contains gluten)
Beer
Weight loss shakes
I can't think of much more off the top of my head, but stick with water, soda, juices and unprocessed drinks, you should be fine.
Hope this helps.
yes and all Pepsi SOFT DRINKS are gluten free.
it depends on what kind of cheese you get All cheese is gluten free.
Most alcoholic drinks are gluten free. Wine and distilled spirits are all safe to drink. Hard cider is also gluten free. Mixes may or may not be gluten free, so you have to read the labels carefully. Beer is NOT gluten free (because of the barley) - unless you drink specialty gluten-free beers, which are fairly easy to find.
Gluten comes from wheat/flour so unless the fish has some kind of batter or crumbs on it should be gluten free
Distilled drinks (hard liquors, for example), as gluten cannot make it through the distillation process.Wines, ciders, and other alcohols derived from fruit juices.Other alcoholic drinks not made from grains (such as meads, made from honey).Specialty beer made from gluten-free grains like sorghum (Redbridge, etc).
