Type I muscle fibers
muscle
nucleus and vacule {they are types of cells}
The tissue most likely being viewed is skeletal muscle tissue. Skeletal muscle tissue is composed of long and thin fibers called muscle fibers that exhibit striations due to the arrangement of contractile proteins. These muscle fibers contain multiple nuclei and mitochondria to support their high energy demands.
The muscle cell
Muscle tissue and liver both have a lot of mitochondria: muscle tissue because it has to release a lot of energy for movement, and liver because it takes a lot of energy to process and eliminate toxins from the body.

In Very active cells like skeletal muscle cells,cardiac muscle cells
Very active cells have many mitochondria.Examples are cardiac cells,muscle cells etc.
mitochondria
Muscle tissue.
Mitochondria are the power-houses of every cell in your body (and all animals!). Inside these organelles the magic of respiration occurs through a process known as the "Krebs" cycle. Cells that use a lot of energy have the most mitochondria, most notably those that make up muscle, and any cell that divides frequently (such as basal cells in your skin). The body never puts the power-plant too far away from where it's needed, except in the case of nerve cells- These little guys use a TON of energy, but rely on other support cells to produce it! And you would find the most mitochondria in the muscle
Mitochondria as the heart requires a lot of energy.
