Don't know about peanuts, but my urine has had a sweet, nutty smell to it on several occasions. When I looked this up on a medical site, the two probable reasons were Diabetes (I am type 2) or eating asparagus. Oddly enough, I have eaten asparagus on several occasions since and I always get that smell for a few hours afterwards.
