I would go see a doctor. Anything that moves on your body, and wasn't placed there at birth.. should be looked at. The above poster is absolutely correct and I just wanted to add that there are a myriad of rashes so only a good dermatologist would be able to diagnose your problem. It could be you have an inflammation of a nerve and you should have it checked out by your doctor ASAP.
