The infraspinatus and teres minor muscles rotate the humerus laterally. Lateral rotation is also known as external rotation.
Lateral rotation of the arm (forearm) is also called supination.

Flexion, abduction, and lateral rotation at the hip, and flexion and medial rotation at the knee.
The humerus is lateral to the sternum. The sternum, or breastbone, is midline.
Muscles involved in chewing are the masseteres, temporalis, and medial and lateral pterygoids.

The Supras. originates on the scapula and inserts on the humerus. The Infras. originates on the scapula and inserts on the humerus(greater tubercle. The Teres minor originates on the scapula and inserts on the humerus. The Subscapularis originates on the scapula and inserts on the humerus(lesser tubercle). Peroneal group of muscles are involved in eversion joint movement. This compartment lies lateral side of leg. These muscles are supplied by common peroneal nerve.
