You shouldn't drink (a lot of women take a glass of wine occasionally, but more than that can seriously harm your fetus/child), and stay far away from more than 14% if you want your child to be healthy.

You shouldn't eat fastfood or lots of junk. You can have candy on the weekends, of course, but McDonald's and other fastfood chains is something you should drop completely.

Do not smoke while pregnant! That is the dumbest and most harmful thing you can do to a little baby. You should actually not even smoke after the baby is born. Up until he/she is 14, the lungs are far too fragile to handle you smoking around him/her.

Naturally, there are lots of other things you shouldn't do, but I feel these are the three main things you should never, never ever do while pregnant.

youre definitely not supposed to jump on trampolines or eat sushi. i dont know i got that from the movie "knocked up" but it sounds pretty logical also you should take a lot of good natural vitamins and never ever ever ever smoke or do any type of drugs when your pregnant except if theyre prescribed drugs from your guynacologist you should do yoga classes and eat healthy foods and not any junk food or there might be a chance that your baby will get addicted to junk food and become obese so dont eat unhealthy food like mcdonalds and crap
