The previous answer was b*s. Even if its something worth fearing for, there will still be a phobia for it ((or even a phobia generalizing it)). There's names of phobias for fears of horses, cows, and even pigs for example, all those animals worth fearing for, even irrationally. The fear of cats, any cats, is ailurophobia or feliniphobia. The closest I could come up with would be Odynophobia - Fear of pain, or Thanatophobia - Fear of death. However, I wouldn't consider fearing being tortured to death necessarily a phobia, I would call it common sense.
