white with green streaks
Yes it's possible. Many brunettes have yellow/blonde highlights in their hair.
Why Rogue has white streaks in her hair has no official answer, but in the 2002 movie, the X-men, Rogue (portrayed by Anna Paquin) gets the white streaks in her hair because of a machine built by Magneto that drained her energy, causing some of her hair to turn white. In the animated TV series, X-men: Evolution, Rogue has no back up story about the white streaks in her hair. Some consider the white streaks a sign of Rouges mutation. For example: Mystique's and Nightcrawler's blue skin/furry appearance, Sabertooth's tiger/ lion appearance, Gambit's red eyes, Storm's white hair and blue eyes (that turn white when using powers), Magneto's white hair, are all signs of mutation. The colour of Rogues hair could also have been caused by trauma.
A purple shampoo will neutralize any unwanted brass (yellow/orange tones) from blonde hair.

I did it myself.I did it 3 times it then went yellow-ish then i used the silver shampoo for a while to make my hair go lighter and after that i put few brown streaks to make it look better and it looks great now :)

It brightens white and gray hair and neutralizes yellow tones in the hair while it conditions your hair. It is a great product and are made just for gray and faded highlighted hair.
