If the dentures are not causing you problems, leave them in. If they are interfering with the breaths or are loose and may lodge in the throat, you will need to remove them.
If I am not mistaken, first you should clear there air passage, then CPR.
Continue CPR if no signs of circulation.
If signs of life become visible you should check for a pulse. If the victim has no pulse, CPR should be continued. If the victim has a pulse, CPR should be ceased but you must continue to monitor the victim's vital signs.
Yes; you should still do CPR.
If the victim is breathing normally, but not responding you should
no
If you are CPR certified, you should have someone call 911 while you start CPR. If you are not CPR certified, find someone around you that is.
no you can not stopping CPR to check the victim unless he/she show a sign of life
Continue or begin CPR. Agonal respirations do not indicate that the victim is breathing on his own. They are also known as the "death rattle".
If you suspect that you may have injured the victim during CPR, first ensure the victim's safety and continue to monitor their condition. If you're trained, follow emergency protocols and call for medical assistance immediately. Document any details about the situation and your actions, as this information can be important for medical personnel. Always prioritize the victim's well-being, and remember that the intention of providing CPR is to save a life.
When beginning mouth to mouth respiration, you should start by assessing the victim with the ABC's (Airway-tilting the victim's head back to ensure open airway, Breathing-make sure that the victim's chest is going up and down that means the victim is breathing, Circulation- check the victim's pulse) If the victim is not breathing, skip checking the pulse and start CPR. First, give the victim two breaths. Breath in and out when giving the breaths just as you would when you breath regularly. Then, start giving the victim CPR pumps or whatever you call it when you pump the victim's chest. This is all I can tell you- I am a lifeguard and if you want to know all about CPR you need to be properly taught. :)
Always call 911 first- if you perform CPR incorrectly first, you now have wasted time. At least 911people will be there if you have failed to do the CPR correctly, or if it just did not work.
