That probably wont happen. The highest blood sugar ive gotten was 25 because i was first diagnosed. If that is somehow possible drink alot of water, do some exercise which are two ways to lower blood sugars. Rasing short acting insulin may be appropriate. Also consider consulting your doctor or physician
