There are a lot of diseases that can be caused by illegal drugs. Most of them are many types of cancers. Some of them are Heart diseases. Basiclly, there are many effects by illegal drugs. But if you were asking what is the most dangerous illegal drug or drugs, I would say they are all very dangerous, but the one illegal drug that most people don't know about is inhalants. They are easy to abuse because you can breathe in there fumes, that is why lead paint is dangerous

epilepsy (possibly, from opiates damaging the temporal lobes)
abscessed veins, bacterial infections, etc (from injection)

Yes. You can get liver, kidney,skin or central nervous system diseases as an accident or injudicious use of drugs. For example you can get hepatitis with rifampicin, pyrazinamide and estolate salt of erythromycin. You can have damage to kidney with aminoglycosides, like streptomycin, gentamicin, kanamycin, amikacin, sisomicin and tobramycin. Same can cause eighth cranial nerve damage also. Ethambutol can cause optic neuropathy. Isoniazid can cause varity of central nervous disorders and peripheral neuropathy and hepatitis. Many drugs can cause skin rashes and drug reactios from sulfonamides can be fatal at times. Drug like chloramphenicol can cause serious toxicity like aplastic anaemia. This can be fatal. Non the less, in expert hand, use of drugs is recommended.
