you begin to feel very light headed you get very dizzy along with feeling like your going to pass out and or puke. the best thing to do is just to sit down and drink some cold water after a few minutes the light headedness should ware off and you should feel fine, but you should still wait another 10 or 15 minutes because after a minute or two of physical excercise you will begin to feel dizzy again. just sit down relax and drink some cold water when/if this happens
