Fat (cholesterol). Atherosclerosis, or stiffening of the arteries, can cause build-up of fat inside the blood vessel walls, and the fat can become inflamed and calcified. This is called a calcified plaque. If the plaque gets vulnerable, the top of the plaque may rupture and the inside fat comes in contact with the circulating blood. This causes an immediate blood clot. If the plaque is in the coronary arteries, and if the blood clot blocks the coronary arteries, the result is a heart attack.
Coronary Heart disease caused by atherosclerosis or the build-up of plaque on the inner walls of the arteries.
Heart disease typically does not cause fatty deposits in the arteries. Rather the process is the other way around: an unhealthy diet high in fat and cholesterol causes a build up of fatty deposits, and these deposits lead to heart diseases such as Coronary Heart Disease.

it is a build up of plaque in the arteries, therefore it is non infectious
You can get medication from a special doctor or surgery. To prevent it, exercise a lot and don't build fat. Fat is what blocks your arteries that causes Heart disease.
Assuming that you mean ischemic heart disease, it is the same as coronary artery disease, where the arteries harden. It can be caused by a build up of cholesterol and prolonged exposure to certain herbicides.
Coronary heart disease, cad
Heart disease atheroscerosis is narrowing of the arteries.
A cardiovascular disease, is to do with your heart and blood vessels, AKA arteries and veins.
Doctors and scientists have identified behaviors that contribute to heart disease. Common causes of heart disease include smoking. Smoking affects the heart and lung and makes it difficult for these organs to oxygenate the body. Eating fatty foods clogs the heart's arteries and also contributes to heart disease. People with clogged arteries must undergo surgery to remove the plaque build up around the heart. Being inactive also contributes to heart disease and comprises cardiac health.
Coronary artery disease
The arteries can form this yellow semi-solid substane after cholesteral builds up in the arteries and unless the condition is helped can cause heart attacks due to the blockage of blood flow thru the arteries
