very bland food. No caffeine, chocolate, acidic foods or juices, spicy foods, fried foods, etc...... So, that leave very bland food. I wonder if you are aware that stomach ulcers can be caused by a bacteria, helicobacter pylori, and can be treated with a course of antibiotics. See Australian Nobel Prize winner Barry Marshall's work.
