Cut off caffeine completely, get at least 5 hours of sleep a night, drink plenty of water, take ovulation predictor kits to make sure you're actually ovulating every month, take herbs as needed, time sex every other day of the week leading up to ovulation, prop yourself up for 20 minutes on a pillow after sex, and relax. Allow it to happen in its own time.
