The possible causes that I have read up about are:
* It is there from birth, it is a problem of the brain where the neurological pathways do not form properly, signals have to pass through a different route which means that the brain is less effective in processing information. * It is caused due to environmental factors. The amount of things they have been given as a child does not matter, I myself am a sociopath and I have been given plenty of 'love' and material items. Try looking at their social skills when they were younger, look at how they compared to other children, did they fit in well? were they bullied?

A cat can ingest worms through their water supply and become infected.
Yes, I believe it could. I do think the father is likely to display sociopathic traits, too, however.
a person's past experiences shape their belief system and thinking patterns. People form illogical, irrational thinking patterns that become the cause of both their negative emotions and of further irrational ideas.
The injury may cause tissues to be exposed through wounds, which subsequently become infected by bacteria and other organisms. For example, septic wounds and/or blood poisoning
There is one treatment for it but it can cause extreme seizures. I think the only reason that there isn't a cure is that nobody has developed one yet. The true reason for people becoming sociopaths is unknown. Something with an unknown cause cannot be treated.

Dating a sociopath may very well contribute to a person's anger. For someone who is completely different than a sociopath, their actions may cause a person great stress against that person and they may hold onto those feelings for a long time.
Yes, over use of antibiotics can cause bacteria to become resistant.

Breathing oxygen in through a nasal cannula (little prongs in your nose) can cause the membranes to become very dry and irritated. This will cause pain similar to a sinus headache.Have the doctor order the oxygen to be moisturized. The oxygen will then be pumped through a special water bottle so when it is breathed in it will not be so irritating.
