Conjugation in this context means taking harmful chemicals and making less harmful compounds and preparing them for the kidneys. Then the kidneys remove all this from the blood in the form of urine. Then the urine is stored in the urinary bladder (no relation to the gallbladder), and from there, you pass it out of the body.
