There are a variety of methods one can try if one can't sleep at night. One of the oldest methods is a glass of warm milk before bedtime. Some choose to use a sleep aid, either OTC or prescribed. One of the basic things one can try first is to try and destress from a busy day before going to sleep.
Watching movies or drink warm beverages usually do the trick ;) but next time maybe three hours before bed, exercise.. By the time you do to bed you will be tired. Also stretch before bed so you don't get any sore muscles in the morning.
