You would typically think some type of trauma would cause this, like pounding with your palm, or carpal tunnel surgery could certainly cause bruising. A bruise is really a broken blood vessel, (or several together). Look for other areas of bruising on your body as well and if you find you are bruising a lot or for no reason, you need to go to your Dr to have your blood analyzed.

How would one go about becoming a hand model?

While becoming a hand model seems easy, it can be almost as strict as regular modeling. You have to keep your hand looking nice. Neatly trimmed nails, no discoloration of skin, no scabs, bumps, or bruises. Finding an agent is probably difficult, so the best way would be to audition for a commercial where your hand would be used.

White spot in the middle of my bruise School nurse said it was a blood clot IDK what is going on At first it was a small pea lump the over night turned into a giant bruise on the back of my hand?

You will need to see a doctor if your bruise is changing colors and has a pea sized lump. A doctor can make sure that the bruise is healing and there is no immediate threat to your health.

What makes your hand bleed internally if you get even a simple knock?

I think- and I may be guessing here- that it would have to be a torn vien or ligament. Something that actually causes an internal bleed. Though usually a knock on the hand would only produce a bruise. A torn nerve might be. Otherwise, I think this is hard to do.
