they abuse a drug by overdosing it or using it in a way that its no suppose to be used, what i mean by overdosing is like using more than normal daily.

A person abuses a prescription drug if they take more than what has been prescribed. If anyone uses heroin, cocaine, phencyclidine, methamphetamine or any other hard drug that is illegal to possess than it it drug abuse. What good will be accomplished by usage of these drugs?
