It is generally not recommended for pregnant dogs to fly, especially in the later stages of pregnancy. The stress, changes in air pressure, and potential for complications during travel can pose risks to the health of both the mother and the puppies. It is best to consult with a veterinarian before making any decisions about flying with a pregnant dog.
