You should start wearing one when your nipples start becoming more visible and your flat chest starts growing a lump . I got mine when I was 10 . But that was beecause I was growing pretty fast . Just tell your mom you think its time for one :)
when the training bra's start getting too small, or If they have your size in a regular bra.
If you feel that you have out grown the training bra, you may want to try other bras. If the training bra fits, it feels supportive, and you are happy with it, then it is not strange to stick with the training bra.
well if u can see u arnt wearing a bra when ur wearing a training bra and its very noticable ull need a padded bra and if u cant u need a training bra 7-however old will probably want a training bra
Training bras were made just for this purpose, if you have not fully developed. If you are ready for a bra and are in a training bra discuss it with a trusted adult (i.e. your mom, even dad) and go shopping for a bra.
when you're too small for a pdded bra and too big fr a training bra !
Yes nooooooooooooooooooo
Around the age 9-13, a girl will get her first bra or training bra.
Yes, training bras's usually have hooks at the back. There are some training bra's you just put over your head that don't have hooks. Training bra's are usually not cupped, they are just flat since you had just started developing and your breasts are very small.
All girls are different. When she starts to show the signs of developing then its about time for that training bra.
When you have big boobs or looks like you can't fit into a training bra
ok face the facts it doesn't matter what kind of bra you wear. Your boobs grow at there own pace. when i was about 13 i already had the bra size B 39. i only wore a training bra at night when im sleeping other wise if you wear a push up bra or padded then your boobs might not grow anymore for a while so i would only wear a training bra when you sleep. :)
A training bra is typically designed for young girls who are just starting to develop breasts and may not need as much support as other types of bras. It is important to understand that "this is not a training bra" because it signifies that the bra is meant for more mature breasts that require different levels of support and coverage. Understanding this distinction can help ensure that you are wearing the right type of bra for your body and comfort.
