Baby's heart can be seen beating when you do the first ultrasound scan at one and half month of missed period. It probably start beating at the age of five weeks of your last menstrual period. Initially it is a small tube gradually getting converted into heart by three months.

Is fetal heartbeat of 244 at 9 week too high?

By the beginning of the 9th week of pregnancy, the normal fetal heart rate is an average of 175 BPM. At this point it begins a rapid deceleration to the normal fetal heart rate for the middle of the pregnancy of about 120-180 BPM. There is also a slowing of the normal fetal heart rate in the last ten weeks of pregnancy, though the normal fetal heart rate is still about twice the normal adult's resting heart rate.

How do you know when to start cycles of chest compression with breaths for an adult?

CPR is performed when there is no heart beat. If no circulation, start with 2 breathes and then 20 rapid chest compressions. Continue to do this until the victim recovers, or the Paramedics arrive, or you are too exhausted to continue.

At the 7 week ultrasound the fetal heart rate was 110bpm at 9 weeks it was only around 120bpm is this a sign that something is wrong my doctor didn't seem too worried about it?

I don't know what do you mean by "it was only around 120bpm"... But 120 is higher than 110. Actually both heart beat rates are normal, so you shouldn't worry about that. They are both in the normal range.
