If you had a frozen embryo transfer can you take a Home Pregnancy test Or will you get a false positive?

You can take a home pregnancy test, yes. As long as you have not taken any HCG, which is not normally given in a FET, a postitive is a positive. If you were given an HCG booster, or a trigger shot for some reason (again, not protocol in any FET cycle I've ever seen), you may get false positives until it's out of your system (usually around 10 days).
