When you live with disharmony and or what some call negative energy it can really take a toll on a human beings quality of life. Mentally you some times just can not seem to focus on the here and now the present. Things can get confusing and cause un- needed stress. Your emotions can go from one extreme to the other, causing you to not be able to regulate your emotions appropriately. In some cases you may need to seek some advice or help from a friend or family member to assist in sorting things out to make it easier for you to manage. Being mentally and emotionally unstable can drain you of all the energy you need to function in a healthy meaningful way. You can get just as tired from being stressed and confused as you would if you worked an 8-10 hr. shift lifting and carrying heavy boxes of 25lb. bags of bird seed. When you have become so tired and drained you start to lose any positive strength you may have had because you are compensating for all the other straining effects that the disharmony has caused. When you feel you have just hit a place in your life that nothing seems like its right or working for you, And you just dont see life as a blessing and are unable to see a light at the end of the tunnel you need to reach for help. Most people dont find help alone it is usually a friend and or family member that has a concern for your well being. I can speak from experience that there is help and treatment you have to be willing to look at the reality of the situation and be willing to work at getting back your life. I am a believer that every human being deserves to be free from the mental emotional physical and spiritual dysfunction that some of us were born with and some that have encountered through living life as it unfolds. We are so far from a perfect world and have no control over some things. We are unaware of our own mental ability and capability to be able to manage and heal through our own inner strengths.The Key is to try to keep an open mind and to think positive oppose to always recognizing the negative. There is truth to the law of attraction. We attract to ourselves what we think and feel. Sounds crazy and hard to believe, But I am a living example that it is true. I can say the first step to free yourself of any dysfunction, disharmony or negative energy is to look at yourself and ask yourself am I happy? if your answer is No ask yourself if there something you might be able to do to make things better. Sometimes we are unable to see what exactly it is that is causing the disharmony. I suggest reaching out and just saying I dont know what to do I dont know where to start and I dont want to feel this way anymore. All it takes is your willingness to want to find a health way to live. Once you take that first step you find the harmony and happiness you deserve.
