I had a multiple humerus fracture 16 weeks ago. Three places. I did not need an operation and things are starting to move nicely, physio is not pleasant and I suffer after driving but my problem is the swelling of my inner arm between shoulder and elbow. I feel as though I'm stuck with it. Anyone had any experience, how long did it take for the swelling to reduce? I am 68 and have osteopennia which is now being treated.
