When your ex narcissist tries to make you jealous?

First of all to make you fear losing them so you would do more for him and accept his humiliations demands criticism and cheating without any comments complaint and to show you if you don't behave as a good supply he has alredy a new one to take your place.Mijnw ex when we went groceries would became angry if i got attention for example if a sales lady would say i had a nice perfum on and he didnt got feedback from her too!Is all about them and attention that feeds their big inflated self image.

They always do to in order to hurt you to still get your attention and control you and test you to see if you react to them.i found out the hard way.My exN devalued me stopped direct all communication with me,i was devasted went trough a year from stress depression due to emotional abuse and withdraw of contact (yes i was addicted talking to him on Skype ,gmail etc) i have no kids so i was tottaly depandant emotionally on him .it was a long distance relationship but we also saw each other in the flesh.Iwas working on myself,with counseling therapy etc and suddenly he was on Skype online but not calling me.i did react to that because was 9 months ago since he was on Skype(he only did use with me)i thought he was trying to reach me but he said yes tol you i am talking to this woman like i did toyou ,she is a lot like you and we gonna meet so dat you know.Ans when he devalued and i left he said he didnt want me to know anything about his life that's why he was breaking all contact!but now he always find a way from time to time to hurt me.he could have made another Skype account or msn or gizmoor Google talk.i have all my sisters d family on Skype and since he dumped me he didnt bother with Skype i hdidnt blocked him but now i did.is hard i am still with mixed feelings.so they will always try to keep attached to them in any other way and making you jealous is also a way of control and tag you as his property.that's how they see us as things they own.so no contact and don't react like i did is a big mistake.
