The biseps are the upper front muscles of your arm. They connect your elbow and your shoulder. Bi means 2 so the biseps are made of 2 muscles. Triseps are the back upper muscles of your arm and because tri means 3, the triseps are made of 3 muscles.

Primary arm muscles used for judo?

I would think that instead of using your bisepts or triseps, in judo you have more use of you shoulders and back. This is only my oppinion, I have been diong judo for 7 years. But in saying this having powerfull biseps do wonders.
