once you have all the badges you go to professor Elm and talk to him then beat the kimona girls in the dance theater in reakteak. then beat them. then after you beat them go across route 27(the water way east of new bark town). after you cross route 27 and your on land keep going then get to the league beat them then go to olivine city and get on the boat then do what it tells you to do. then you'll get there and have the national map.
