Adrenal glands
On the posterior surface of the thyroid glands.
The lacrimal glands are paired almond-shaped glands, one for each eye, that secrete the aqueous layer of the tear film.
In the urinary system, the paired structures include the kidneys and the ureters. Each kidney filters blood to produce urine, which is then transported to the bladder via the ureters. Additionally, although not part of the urinary tract, the adrenal glands, which sit atop each kidney, also play a role in regulating kidney function through hormone production.
Humans have paired salivary glands.

The sublingual glands are salivary glands whose ducts open laterally to the lingual frenulum. They are located under the tongue and produce mostly mucous saliva to help lubricate food during chewing and swallowing.
Salivary gland are three paired glands in our cheeks and mouth that produce saliva as well as salivary amylase which begins the chemical digestion of starches in our mouths. Our salivary glands are the paired parotid, sublingual, and submandibular glands.
The paired glands found in the upper pelvic cavity, one on each side of the uterus, are known as the ovaries.
