Misty is a gym leader in Cerulean city in Kanto in order to fight her you have to go on route 25 and go past all of the trainers and then you will go past a house and up a stairway and when you reach the top you'll be interupting misty's date with her boyfriend her boyfriend will run off and she will come and talk to you and say you're such a pest and her date was just getting good she will then run off and say she will be waiting at her gym for you.
