Man o' War, one of the most famous racehorses in history, was owned by Samuel D. Riddle, a prominent horse breeder and owner. Riddle purchased the colt as a yearling and managed to guide him to an illustrious racing career in the early 20th century. Under Riddle's ownership, Man o' War won 20 of his 21 races and became a legendary figure in the sport.
