If the person is a minor (Under 18) all the assests including money will go to the parents, however if over 18, the assets will go to whoever the person who has committed suicide has intended for them to go to in their will, however the will must be produced legally with a solicitor or someone similar, and be kept on record. However I suggest the person does not commit suicide, as it is a horrible thing to do, and causes everyone alot of grief, and some people actually never get over a loved one committing suicide for their whole life, so suicide is a bad, very bad idea.

An Insurance company cant commit suicide. So, I am not sure what you are trying to ask here. If you are asking about, what would happen if the insurance policy holder commits suicide? In that case too, nothing will happen. The insurance company will not pay any money to the deceased persons family. Insurance claims can be made only if death occurs by accident or natural causes. Not suicide.
Suicide is possible anywhere. A location does not dictate if someone commits suicide, but it can make suicide harder to achieve.
