It could be several reasons. Strenuous exercise produces sweat which makes you thirsty. Women generally are slightly dehydrated because they mistakenly believe that water makes them bloat. Excessive salt consumption will produce thirst. But if these things do not correct the problem, see your doctor. One of the causes could be Diabetes and you need to know. If you are urinating a very frequently then it could be diabetes insipidus.
