Why anemic person have low blood pressure?

because not enough oxygen is making it to the brain... although it depends on the reason the persons blood pressure is low in the first place. many drugs (like THC, frig sample) lower the blood sugar and the blood pressure, so the faintness a lite smoker may feel could be due to the lowered blood sugar which in turn causes lowered blood pressure.

No. Anemia's formal definition is when the body doesn't contain enough red blood cells (whether it's aplastic, hemorrhagic, sickle-cell, pernicious, dietary, or hemolytic [there are a lot more]). These red blood cells, or RBCs, transport Oxygen to various tissues within the body. If anything, a decrease in Oxygen would increase blood pressure because your body will try to work harder to pump the O2 to all of your vital organs. Massive blood loss, or hemorrhagic anemia could cause low blood pressure due to your body going into Shock, but if that were the case, you probably wouldn't be typing this question right now. So, I think the important part is differentiating between what anemia is and what low blood pressure is. Remember, you can have enough blood in anemia [but your hemoglobin function could be poor, and that won't carry your Oxygen well], or you could just remember that hypotension, or low blood pressure, is just the inability for the blood to circulate throughout the body efficiently.

anemia is caused by low red blood cell count, poor diet or stomach ulsars. the low red blood cell count would lower blood pressure.
