No. If anything, spicy foods are shown in studies to REDUCE the risk of heart attack and stroke. If anything, some people get indigestion from spicy foods...which can FEEL like a heart attack.
spicy foods usually induce GERD or heartburn and the symptoms of heartburn mask the symptoms of a heart attack

Not necessarily. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle after a heart attack. To prevent another heart attack keep your blood pressure low, exercise, do not smoke, eat healthy foods, & get plenty of exercise.
well the cause of a heart attack has to do with how you live you life if you work to maintain a healthy heart and eat the right foods then a heart attack is unlikely. what causes it is when you dont eat the right foods and eat unhealthy amounts of those foods then plaque begins to buils up in your heart eventually there will be so much plaque in one of your heart vessles that it will cut off the flow of blood to a section of your heart. when your body isn't able to funtion regularily beacause the flow of blood through your body is weakened then you have a heart attack. My mind is fresh on this subject because we just learned about it in my health class I'm 14:) hope i helped(sorry about the really long answer)
Thin people are at less risk for a heart attack. The main cause of a heart attack is when a plug of fat lodges in an artery that nourishes the heart. Thin people have less fat. They usually have less fat (actually ldl cholesterol or triglicerides) than fat people.
