Excessive cramps at 7 months pregnant can be caused by a variety of factors, including the stretching of ligaments as the body accommodates the growing baby, Braxton Hicks contractions, or increased pressure on the pelvic area. Dehydration, fatigue, or even stress can also contribute to cramping. It's important to consult a healthcare provider to rule out any complications and to ensure both maternal and fetal well-being.
