Why can't a narcissist forgive?

Just in case he might need you for narcissistic supply when he has run out your his back up,safety net what ever you want to call it for one thing..... to use and abuse you some more and when hes bored or found someone else he will move on again like you never even exisisted nice hey! I had a narcissistic that came back after 2 years after not having any contact out the blue and he was oblivious to the fact two years had gone by acted as tho he had been gone a week some front hey but obviously thought he could still extract narcissistic supply and so i suppose he didnt seem to care i may of moved on no because they think there the be all and end all only they matter. I think it's because they want to play out the abandonment drama and have all the anger that goes with it. A feeling of rightiousness. Mine practically tossed me out the window but I had to be the one to divorce him. Then he was morose and telling everyone his sad story. He got lots of attention that way. Many of these people will tell you that they were surprised to come home and their girlfriend/wife/SO had moved out without telling them.

They are SELFISH, EVIL, SELF~ABSORBED, no matter what it is, if there is nothing in it for him/her forget it! It's also a form of control, he/she still guiding your strings like a puppet, he/she knows that humans with real emotions need closure to move on, what better way to continue to deny/control what you need/deserve? You won't get it, don't beg or continue trying to get it from him.

I know it's beyond understanding how a person can operate in this manner but you're not dealing with an emotionally healthy individual. I'm still reeling after an encounter with an empty N, I forgave myself, found closure in seeking healthy, positive activities, giving yourself time to get this creature out of your system and move on with your life, trust me, you will be much better off!
