The belief that sharks cannot get cancer is a myth; they can develop cancer just like other animals. However, sharks do possess unique biological traits, such as a robust immune system and cartilaginous bodies, which may contribute to lower incidences of certain cancers. Research into shark Biology may offer insights into cancer resistance, but it’s important to clarify that they are not immune to the disease.
sharks are reputed to never get cancer.... but perhaps sharks with cancer die? hard to tell.
Their cartilage is used for cancer medicine.
Diseases that attack hammerhead sharks include infections and even cancer. Not much is known about the diseases of sharks because generally only healthy sharks feed well and are captured.
apparently they think it could be in a shark because sharks live very long and plus sharks have no cancerous cells too.
Yes they do, contrary to popular myths. See the website link below -

Well, I heard somebody saying that they found it... "out of sharks milk". Unfortunately, Sharks are fish and they don't produce milk at all. So I guess that person was BS-ing me.
Sharks have the best immune systems. Studies show that they resist every disease, even cancer.
Hypothetically yes, they can drown. However at most beaches shark nets are closely monitored by local officials who do their best to save any creature caught in the nets. Shark nets are a mere precaution meaning they won't necessarily stop a shark from entering a beach but research shows that they are effective.
Rays and skates are closely related to sharks. Overexposure to the harmful effects of the Sun's rays can lead to skin cancer. I have two Uncle Rays.
