I know people who cry when they're tired, and I've discovered why. Because the body get's to a point where it can't contain the emotions inside of it. Therefore the tiredness overpower the body, and takes over.
Now I've found a solution to this. It works for me.
1, have a hot beverage. Hot drinks calm the body down.
2, lie. down, and close your eyes.
3, (this is important), breath in and out slowly.
Now, here's the breathing technique:
1, Make sure you're in a quite space.
2, (optional), put some music on. Make sure it's soft music
3, Breath in and out like this:
1, 2, 3, 4, pulse, 2, 3, 4. And do that slowly until you fall asleep.
