Why do I have what feels like a bad cold with slightly sore throat extremely blocked and runny nose and funny feeling in ears but i have a few pale white dots on one tonsil but it isnt swollen?

The off-white deposits (white dots) that you can see in the craters of your tonsils are tonsil stones also known as tonsillitis. It gets lodged in the tonsillar crypt.

Larger tonsillitis may cause tonsil infection, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, and ear ache.

Gargling with salty warm water will help alleviate the discomfort of tonsillitis.
