When i was younger i used to see bubbles just floating around, after i blinked a few times they went away and i asked someone about them. said it was just dead cells that got in my eye. I'm not sure about black dots but it could be related. if you wear contacts they might just be dirty. i'd advise you to go to the doctor and have it checked out...
