you get cramps because you do not streach or youmite have drank ro eat to much of something . when running to get rid of the cramps you should reall streach to the side or it depends where you have them


You get a cramp after exercising hard. your body needs much oxygen so it turns your glucose into lactic acid.

well it could be a lot of different thing if you are a guy maybe you pulled a muscle have stomach cancer or you could be having kidney stones if it is in the back of you could have just cramps you could just be over tired or you could have bladder stones if in front or you could have gallbladder stones if on side or around you stomach and bladder or if you are a girl you could be getting that time of the month or you could have all the other things listed or you could be pregnant or have problems with your reproductive organs i would look on a symptom checker on webmd though that might be best i mean I'm no doctor I'm a regular lazy person wasting their time on the internet!

Cramps are a PMS from having your period. Im not quite sure why you get cramps but every girl differs. I tell you i do not get cramps. But cramps are a symptom of your period. There are other symptoms to like bloating, fatigue, and sore boobs. Hope this helped

If you're talking about muscle cramps, they can be caused by dehydration. Sometimes eating bananas will help because they have potassium. If you're talking about stomach cramps, it could be that occasionally you eat too fast or you eat food that is spicy. If the cramps don't go away, you should see your doctor.

Menstrual cramps are common but they are not part of healthy menstruation.

Menstrual cramps occur as a result of prostaglandins which cause the uterus to contract to push out menstrual flow, however in too high quantities prostaglandins cause inflammation which in turn will cause blood vessels in the uterus to contract and restrict oxygen supply to the muscle of the uterus. Essentially it's like a stitch when running or a heart attack: lack of oxygen to the muscle.
