Why do people make fun of and bully weaker kids?

It gives the bullier a higher self confidence and they do it also to look cool for friends older students and sometimes to be in a certain click I believe that there are several reason why other kids like to bully or make fun of weaker kids. I grew up as an overweight child and also had to fight with being intelligent, so I was called a nerd. First, I think that other kids feel like it makes them look bigger or superior by looking at other peoples faults. Next, I think that sometimes bullies lack in other areas, such as intelligence, so it makes them feel better if they can somhow feel more powerful. Additionally, they may lack confidence in themselves or have other insecurities, so by shifting the focus to others no one is looking at them. I hope this helps and remember that only you can allow others to steal your confidence in who you are and the abilities that you have. It works on the prinicipal... I raise myself by lowering you. ..I make myself look strong and powerful by making you look weak and inadequate. I make myself feel good by making you feel bad. They have to do this because they are the weak inadequate ones and cannot surivive in the real world being that person. They create for themselves a false self and play a warped teeter-totter game.

I don't know why they do it, but if you are being bullied, tell someone, anyone! A teacher, your mum... bullys are usually cowards!

Alright I think other kids bully people is because they want to get in trouble or they just jealous of other people. This is what all my teachers say EVERYDAY say theres a group of numbers 1 and 2. Number 1 is better than other people. When I am at school i get picked on all the time and i say write your handwriting and my handwriting was so nice and hers was so scribble Scrabble. heres a quick advice try to ignore theme everyday. if it doesnt work tell your teacher or an adult.
