Your English is wrong. I think that's why you're confusing people.

To rephrase your question, how much do I and other taxpayers pay for IVF for those who can not afford to raise children? Absolutely NONE....NADA....ZIP....what a ridiculous question. Most insurance companies don't pay for IVF. We've spent approximately $25,000 of OUR savings (i.e. hard earned $$$). The audacity of some people... this is the epitome of what is wrong with the redistribution of wealth.

Not me!
Because they might see it as God giving them the tools to have children through the use of IVF etc.
I think that this theory is true only for some people. For Christian people, this theory are wrong, because they believe that people is God's creation.
IVF or in-vitro fertilization is an artificial means of conceiving a child. Many people think this type of fertility help is unethical, in favor of letting nature take it's own course. But people that are opposed to these types of procedures usually have no trouble conceiving and are blessed with children.
They do not believe that it is right but some Christians don't mind it... say if a married couple have had a lot of misscarraiges (sorry for my spelling) they can probably see why they would be using IVF. But if you are using IVF without thinking then they will think it is a sin. They only think this because the scientists use dozens of eggs and maybe one or two will get fertilized and the rest thrown away. Hope this helped! :)
