There is nothing different about the veins in their arms. It's actually dependant on how pale their skin is. The paler your skin is, the clearer you can see the veins in your arms, apart from that, there is no difference between people with "veiny" arms and "non-veiny" arms.
no Yes they are. Some are just more visible that others due to how close to the skin they are and the thickness of the fat layer. During puberty and breast development, the skin will become stretched and thinner and more transparent allowing some veins to stand out more. These should become less visible with time.

Matthew Bellamy never got tattoos because his mother doesn't let him, however, he does like to draw on his arms. He drew "veins" on his arms once. They are most visible in the music video "Feeling Good".

Chest x-rays are complicated to read as numerous shadows are visible and some are perfectly harmless whilst others may not be. Among the things that may show as a shadow on a chest x-ray are nipples, the aorta, infections, fluid, arteries and veins etc.

Well veins are always good.. You always need them to have blood move around your body but if you mean.. "Is it alright if the veins are popping out or big when you workout?" then the answer is yes its normal to have them popping out during workouts... When you workout your arms blood goes there and the veins get bigger to deliver the blood faster to your arms.. i hope this helps
Everybody's arms are different. Some people have more opaque skin, so they can't see the veins as well and vice versa. Fat will also get in the way, so you could try losing weight. I also heard that putting pressure regularly on one area for extended periods of time will cause your veins to look more prominent but that's not good for you.
